Since 2022 , Chad and Stephanie have loved to host in our furnished rentals because they love to help families in transition, travel corporate/professionals, travel nurses and the like find comfortable and affordable housing in our area during their time of stay here. Stephanie started renting the lower level of her own home in 2022 as her daughter was a Respiratory Therapist at the local hospital . They found together that there was a need for larger, affordable rentals in the Black Hills area. It's really a win for everyone!
