Furnished Spaces specializes in providing you with an excellent furnished mid term rental experience in the beautiful Black Hills of SD . Since 2022 we have operated on our values of providing our tenants a simplified experience that starts with great customer service, convenient amenities, and well furnished affordable spaces. Stephanie started renting the lower level of her own home while her daughter worked as a Respiratory Therapist at the local hospital. They found that there was a need for nice, affordable rentals in our area for travelling healthcare workers. Her longtime partner, Chad Anderson, manages property maintenance. With roots of small town upbringing and values in mind, if we say we can or will do something, you can be sure that we will!

We love to host in our rentals because we love to help families in transition, corporate professionals, travel nurses, and visitors to the area find comfortable and affordable housing during their time of stay or need. She and Chad took a break from renting in 2023 until they renovated their current home. With the demand for rental of their 1st home, their goals are to expand offerings!

Our experience and background in furniture, design, property, and project management brings the business all together. Stephanie brings 30 years of experience in furniture space planning, design, and project management to her clients as well. They are excited to give back to the Rapid City and surrounding communities with their local business.
