Wife and I stayed from Sept through Oct. Listing is very spacious and well furnished, had EVERYTHING we needed. All appliances worked, multiple TVs, washer and dryer, AC cooling/heating. Big sized parking area for 2 full sized trucks or possibly 4 compact cars. Fenced back yard with deck where we had some of our meals out on nice days. 3 full bathrooms w/ shower or bathtub so no fighting for/rushing before work. Photos of listing very accurate. Stephanie & Chad are great landlords, respond promptly same business day if not within minutes to hours. They are very approachable and easy to communicate with. Their instructions were very organized and detailed (guidebook), one of the best thorough leases we've had on Furnished Finder. Our assignment ended early and Jennifer and Chad were amenable to amend our lease with 30days notice, which is a big plus. As assignments in healthcare can change abruptly. Peaceful, quiet and safe. Definitely recommend and will plan to come back next year!
